Rest Day 2
Good morning world!! :)
This is killin' me!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't work out!!! Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer week 1 phase 1 says to give yourself 3 days of rest smh!! I'm trying, but I feel like I'm being lazy even though I'm not..I'm just following the rules, right?!?! Hmmm...I said I would go for a 3 mile walk today, but I'm being a good girl and I won't!!
This was my breakfast this morning....egg and spinach muffins!! I added some sausage in there too and some tomatoes! I'm trying to remember if I saw this on the LiveFit trainer site or on someone's blog...but it's clean and that's all that matters to me lol!!
