What is clean eating?
Mainly, it's eating whole foods without all the chemicals many companies put in foods today. Clean eating is eating a lot of plant foods, farm raised meats, wild caught seafood, grains, and eating 5-6 meals a day. If you check out Gracious Pantry to get a better understanding of what clean eating is because at this point, I'm no pro :D but I'm slowly but surely getting there.
