This extra weight is making it hard for me to attempt jogging again. So, here are my goals starting tomorrow, July 12, 2015
- NO SCALE!!!! The scale is never friendly to me, so I'm just gonna pack it away!!
- Exercise EVERY day!! A minimum of 90mins cardio and weights
- Journal!! food exercise and mood...all important attributes to my "inch"loss efforts!
- Accountability Buddy! My cousin/roommate, "Fuzz", will help keep me in check!!
- 1 Gallon of water DAILY!!! More if possible! Try to have gallon in before 1pm
- CLEAN EATING/PALEO!! No more fast food at least 30 days!!
- $1/workout! Keep it in a jar and at 30 days, treat myself to nails, workout clothes, etc!
- Positive thoughts DAILY!! Use stickies to write mantras for bathroom and desk at work.
- Take at least 1 class per week at Golds or Sportscenter.
- No negativity!! That's one of my big downfalls, so I'll work on that!
That's it!!! I'll do this for a minimum of 30 days beginning tomorrow july 12. No more excuses!!!
